Hello everyone,
I am Bill McNeill. I am Reader in Distance Education at
the College of Estate Management - which is a specialist provider of distance
taught courses for the real estate and construction professions worldwide. I
completed the Open University MA in Open and Distance Education with IET in
1999. Having watched the growth and development of online study over the last 20
years this is my first 'MOOC' experience which I am really looking forward to.
